Sporting and social activities are in the planning stage. Suggestions
from class members are welcome. Golf and Tennis have been proposed.
Sightseeing trips have been proposed. Destination suggestions
gladly considered. |

Tour
of SHU & Prep Haunts - So. Orange Campus
All classmates and guests are welcome. For the convenience
of fellow classmates and guests who are staying at the Hilton,
bus transportation has been arranged. If you are checking
in on Saturday, or just want to drive to the Hilton to park
your car, get there early enough to take advantage of the
bus. "Leave the driving to us". When you
register for the weekend, indicate your desire for bus reservations.
10:30 AM - Tour group to assemble in Hilton Lobby and board
bus
10:45 AM - SHP chartered "61" Pony Express bus departs
Short Hills Hilton
11:30 AM- 1:00 PM - tour
begins at University Student Center ( those driving directly
to SHU will also meet here). Tour includes Mooney Hall, Duffy
Hall,
Walsh Gym, Student Union, Reagan Athletic Center, Walsh Library
& more.

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM There is a Buffet
Luncheon at the Library Rotunda with welcome from the new
University President Gabriel Esteban.
2:30 PM - Tour group boards bus for return trip
2:45 PM - SHP "61" Pony Express bus departs for
Short Hills Hilton |

Dress:
Casual & do wear comfortable walking shoes
Costs: Chartered Bus excursion tickets: If we fill up the
bus, about 11.00 per person. Buffet luncheon is 15.00 per
person.
Ambulatory assistance will be provided
for those in need!

Ceremony 2011

Codey Center, Northfield Ave, W. Orange, NJ
Time 3:30 PM (Procession begins precisely at 5:00 PM and all
must be in order and ready by that time)
Dress: Jacket & Tie (just like the good Ol days) |
| Notes: |
All
members of the Class of 1961 and their guests are encouraged
to attend. During the commencement ceremony the Class of 1961
will be honored individually, receive a special gift and a 50th
Anniversary Diploma. |
